National Matriculation School is running under Shree Ramanathasamy Educational Trust. Mr. S. Senthil Kumar is the Managing Trustee of this Trust.

National Matriculation School is registered non-minority service organization established to inculcate among the youth a sense of discipline which is important to mould them into useful and capable citizen. The watchwords of the school are "Dedication, Determination and Distinction".
The year was 1999. The seed of social consciousness that their year teacher had sown in the mind of Mr. S. Senthilkumar & S. Dinakaran Managing Trustee, when they were of impressionable age, were now germinating and sprouting the out come -establishing National Matriculation School at Rameswaram with strength of 35 students. As the year passed, the strength of the school grew and so did its reputation. Now our strength is around 700. Thus the name and works of national school spread far and wide. From a small school at Rameswaram, it had now become a big school with such growth also grew the responsibilities. The onus was now on the shoulders of Shree Ramanathasamy Educational Trust that was formed to meet the growing demands, to run the school professionally, with Determination, Dedication and Distinction. The trust has indeed live up to the trust.

Their minds were made up to start educational institutions, hurdles and set backs could neither deter their progress nor dampen their enthusiasm. It is indeed a privilege to be addressing you. Yet another year has passed and we have crossed some more milestones. At every step we had the support and motivation provided by the confident parents, dedicated teachers and committed students. Today, National Matriculation School id growing from the strength to strength with ethical professional practices and is recognized as a reputed name in education. In all these years of experience, i learnt one very simple very significant lesson. The need of the society is like an ocean and the service we render are more drops. So i am now determined to add as i can and say to myself with contentment i tried my best.
Today, my vision is set on raising the stature of "National to University" by the year 2020, by establishing more schools, Engineering Colleges, Professional and Medical Institutions in the state and country. The task is arduous and the path grueling but i have two things going for me. One my teacher's words of motivation and other the society's unstinted support.
